Shipping

Le Beau uses the fastest possible delivery method and all products are dispatched the same day (if products are ordered before 2pm AWST). There is a maximum of 4 day delivery. Shipping if free for Australian orders over $200 and $7.95 for Australian orders under $200.

Payment Terms

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express, Diners and PayPal. Phone orders can also be made if this is more convenient.

Order Information

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. All cancellation of orders, if cancelled by you after the order was processed , will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

All of our orders are shipped through Australia Post and will be dispatched on the day received (if ordered before 2pm AWST). There may be occasions which will be out of our control where orders may be delayed. If this is the case Le Beau will make every attempt to inform you.

Product List and Images

Images of products and packaging my at times be different if a particular product has been updated by the manufacturer before we have a chance to update our image.

Returns

If an item does not meet your expectations, please follow these procedures for your return. Please be aware that the product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

1. Call +61 08 9331 1122 or email info@beautyshop1.com to place a request for a return including a reason for the return and your (the purchasers) name and address.

2. The items must be returned in the original shipping carton - under normal circumstances products cannot be returned opened / used.

3. Send returns to 75 Gilbertson Road, Kardinya Western Australia 6163.

4. Keep a record of shipment until a credit or replacement of merchandise is received.

5. Cost of shipment is the clients responsibility. If the return is due to an error or faulty packaging the shipping charges will be refunded.

6. Upon return of the goods a refund will be processed within 7 days. The refund will be credited to your original credit card account.

Privacy

All information provided to Le Beau Day Spa remains confidential. We maintain the highest standard of security over the information you give us and use it only in the following:

1. To send the information that you request.

2. To monitor the traffic visiting our site to enable us to maintain the highest possible standard.

3. To send Spa and Beauty Shop promotions.
